The NY Daily News has confirmed, through an interview with the sponsor David Bistricer, that the Real World will in fact be filming at the Belltel Lofts in Downtown Brooklyn. They will be occuping the 6000 sq ft penthouse. I couldn't be happier.

What happens to the penthouse once the Real World is done filming? Does someone buy the place as is or is it completly redone to look the way it was intended to look and then put up for sale?
It is my understanding that it stays intact with whatever the Real World leaves behind. I may be wrong.
