I was looking for this very thing--can you scan any larger--they lose all detail when printed at 8-1/2 x 11... thank you!
This will be very helpful for anyone that has yet to request an offering plan. My only suggestion would be to perhaps put up a copy of sch A. Or if not the entire schedule, one of the pages that shows each line on a particular floor. People can do their own math for the same line on higher or lower floor (basically its +$30 - 40K for each floor higher). This way, people will be able to see the $/sqf for the lines, which compare very favorable to similar properties in the area.
flikr compresses the image. There isn't much I can do about it. Although, you can enlarge the image on Flickr with the magnifing glass feature and try to print it that way. That's the only suggestion I have.
I will be visiting BellTel for the first time this week? What is schedule A and can someone post it? What exactly is "home occupancy" and what distinguishes it from a bedroom? And on the Elliman site some 2bath apartments don't have a bedroom listed. Does anyone have any insight?
I'll be honest with you. I don't know what a schedule A is. As for "Home Occupancy" vs. "Bedroom", it appears that most home occupancies don't have windows. Although, the A line has windows in both home occupancies. I'm not sure why the did this. In any case, you'll definetly have a better understanding at the open house. It's worth walking through the apartments to get a better feel for the layouts. Also, if you can, take some pics at the open house and e mail them to me at streetshooter1@gmail.com.
Let us know how it works out for you.
