BAM Cultural District approved $650 Million
This is going to be about 6-7 blocks from us (depending on how you walk there). On Fulton Street and Lafayette Avenue along Flatbush Avenue. It looks incredible. Check it out.

Thanks for the update, it has been very informative. My husband wasn't as confident as I was when we initially signed the paperwork to purchase our apt.
The development is between Rockwell and Ashland off Fulton.
It's nowhere near 2 blocks away.
How many blocks away is that?

Looks great. Do you know what the timing is for the construction.
From what I gathered, it looks like they will be bidding out the contract for construction by the end of the month.
