It's amazing that even Fulton Mall looks better in the pics than I feel when I am there but it captures the beauty of DOBRO.
On another note, I am looking at the "G" line apartments (similar to theF, H, and I configurations) and there is only one set of windows. Therefore there is only one air conditioning/heating unit for the entire apartment. Does anyone know how the rest of the rooms will get cooled or heated? I noticed the vents in all of the rooms and I was told that this was a 50% natural air temperature control air set at 68 degrees. If it's freezing winter, is that little vent really going to keep the bathroom warm?

The Architect's Report seems confident that this temp control will work. That said, the wording is such that I don't know if that confidence applies to the rooms that are not occupany rooms (i.e. rooms marked "storage". I'm not saying that there is any indication that it won't apply to those rooms -- just that the report is a little ambiguous.

As I see it, most of the units in the building are like the G line - windows only on one side and only one heat-and-a/c unit (D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, and N). To not get this right would be insane, as it will apply to about half the units in the building (and 2/3 of the units on the first 9 floors).
