Garage on the Corner of Willoughby and Flatbush Ave is coming down. Look at what's going up.


The 650 unit residential building should be up in no time. There is also a class A office space component to this.
388 Bridge Street. 360 Residential units.

It's more condos if you can believe it. All I can tell you is that this thing is huge in the rendering (see link below). I like the way it looks. Any thoughts?

More Downtown supermarket rumors.

There is nothing to fully substantiate these claims but people are saying Finefare or Amish Market. Location: The State Renaissance Court on Schermerhorn Street between Hoyt St & Bond St. Certainly a short walk for residents of Belltel.
