Downtown Brooklyn gets yet another Hotel. A Hampton Inn
"DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN — The former Pepper & Potter auto dealership on Flatbush Avenue Extension in Downtown Brooklyn will soon be replaced by a Hampton Inn hotel.
The 4,700-square-foot site, at the corner of Tillary Street, sold on March 13 to Magna Hospitality Group for $10.8 million, according to Paula Ingram, a principal with Ingram & Hebron Realty (I&H)."

Bam Developments: Revisited

All I can say is I love it. I think the building will fit in perfectly to the new and improved Downtown Brooklyn. This may be the only place in Brooklyn that it makes sense to build something like this. What do you think? Is this good for Downtown?

9 Billion Dollars, give or take

"Beginning early next year, the complete overhaul of Flatbush Avenue from Tillary Street to Atlantic Avenue, costing about $15 million, will begin. It is expected to take about a year to complete." (BDE)
